Counselling In Richmond and Twickenham

About Me

Welcome! Approaching a therapist can feel daunting, so it's useful to understand more about them first.

I qualified as a therapeutic counsellor 17 years ago and have since trained as a psychotherapist to Masters level.

Over those years, I've had the privilege of working with people navigating all kinds of challenges, from depression and low self-esteem to major life transitions like divorce, bereavement, becoming a parent, health difficulties, and relationship struggles.

I've worked in private practice, in agency, and abroad, and now I offer therapy online and in person from my practice in Richmond and Twickenham. I work with a wide variety of clients, and each person requires a unique approach.

Before training as a therapist in 2005, I spent several years working in offices in London. I've lived abroad and experienced much loss and change myself. Outside my practice, I'm a mother to an adult child, a nature lover, and someone who loves creativity.

I believe in the importance of self-awareness, self-care, staying mindful, curious, grounded, and connected to our body, to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

I typically offer short-term therapy, up to six months, tailored to what feels right for you.
