Where are you based?
I offer therapy (psychotherapy and counselling) in Richmond, Twickenham, online and over the phone. Currently I only offer online sessions.
What if I don’t live locally?
While my practice is based in Richmond and Twickenham, I currently work online with clients throughout the UK and internationally.
What issues can you help with?
I offer therapy across a broad spectrum of issues which include:
Low mood, Low Self Esteem or Confidence, Bereavement, Parenting, Therapy for Teenagers, Cultural issues, Depression, Health related issues, Identity issues, Loss and Grief, Menopause, Life Changes, Redundancy, Relationship Issues, Sex-related issues, Women's issues, Work related issues.
What type of therapy do you offer?
I offer counselling and psychotherapy (I trained in both) in an integrative model incorporating gestalt, person centred psychoanalytic, psychodynamic psychotherapy and relational psychotherapy, with a mindful and compassionate focus.
I both face to face therapy, online or over the phone and am based in Twickenham, Richmond.
How long does therapy last?
I offer short term counselling and psychotherapy weekly for 50 minutes up to 6 months.
Who do you work with?
I offer counselling and psychotherapy to adults.
How do I start therapy?
Please book an appointment, and we can start with an initial session, or I offer a free 10 minute initial telephone conversation to discuss your needs and arrange a session.
The initial session is an opportunity to meet me and get a feel for therapy. If you have not had therapy before it gives you an introduction, and will be able put you at ease. This session does not obligate you to continue, and we would decide together if I am the right therapist for you.
How often are appointments and how long?
Once you have decided to start therapy, ongoing sessions are 50 minutes each, at the same time and day, weekly
What are your fees for therapy?
The investment is £80 per 50 minute session, payable prior to the session.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or change your appointment please give 48 hours notice or your fee is still due.
Can I speak to you on the phone first?
Many people want to dive straight in so they can get a good feel for what a session will be like straight away. But if you prefer, we can talk for 10 to 15 minutes on the phone to discuss your therapy.
How do I book an appointment?

How will I know when my therapy has finished?
It usually becomes clear to you when you're ready to finish therapy: you no longer feel the need for it. When our work is finished, it's useful to have an ending process/session to ensure you get the most out of therapy.
Is therapy confidential?
Our work is completely confidential, though all counsellors and psychotherapist consult a supervisor for good practice.
